K is growing up so fast.

The four older kids had a great time with Bill Klein making pewter soldiers. Bill has all the molds and the tools. We melted the pewter, poured it in the molds, and then filed the soldiers down once they cooled down. Note the little cavalry on the table next to the kids below. The kids also made cards for Shirley who has Lou Gehrig's Disease and showed her a lot of love.

 

We had a great time carving the pumpkin, whose face E drew, and then going "trick or treating" for the first time in America as a cheerleader, a Jedi knight, Darth Vader, Power Ranger, and Spidey. The kids got a ton of candy which their parents are helping them enjoy.

 

The kids had a great time at the Mary Rice Hopkins concert at church. The chair tried to eat C, and H was called up on stage to dance during a song.
